A note from Passeggiata.
Paris didn't need another list. It needed a shorter one. So we walked every arrondissement between 8 and midnight, sat in every rattan chair we could find, drank the espresso that was suspiciously $7 and the one that was €2 and better, and cut what didn't stop us in our tracks.
